Overall Purpose

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring financial integrity, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in general accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting, controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including: General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entry Processing, Account Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting.
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments, including SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit actions.
• Drive accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Maintain strong governance around financial reporting and data integrity.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Lead governance discussions, operational reviews, and performance reporting sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, including Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop RTR professionals across multiple processes.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 12 years relevant work experience in RTR; 10+ years supervisory experience.
