The Record to Report (RTR) Senior Accountant is responsible for managing end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely close, and compliance with accounting standards. This role plays a key part in period-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Record to Report activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the general ledger.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors to support internal, external, and statutory audits.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline RTR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system enhancements, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and other accounting-related activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in end-to-end Record to Report or general accounting roles.
• Exposure to shared services or multinational environments

Functional & Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
