Job summary

Roboyo is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams in intelligent automation projects. You will design and validate end-to-end workflows, write Process Design Documents, and collaborate on Solution Designs to ensure traceability and quality.

You'll leverage RPA (UiPath), AI concepts, and Agile practices to translate complex processes into scalable automation roadmaps while operating remotely from Mexico for international projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a dedicated focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.
• Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, with the ability to design workflows that incorporate LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
• Demonstrable expertise in authoring rigorous PDDs and collaborating on SDDs with strict traceability.
• Strong track record operating within Agile frameworks, serving as the translation layer between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering pods.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive “As-Is” analysis to design optimized “To-Be” states, ensuring processes are designed for peak efficiency.
• Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and contribute to Solution Designs (SDDs) for clear traceability.
• Perform gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation for alignment between business intent and technical output.
