Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA or AI-driven engineering.
• Understanding of modern AI architectures and workflows that incorporate LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive As-Is analyses to design To-Be states for peak efficiency and governance.
• Author PDDs and partner on SDDs to ensure logic clarity and traceability.
• Perform gap analysis of TDDs and lead process validation for alignment between business intent and technical output.
• Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps and AI strategy.
• Drive adoption of IDP and Process Mining to move clients toward autonomous, agentic ecosystems.

General: Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive “As-Is" analysis to design optimized “To-Be" states, ensuring processes are not just automated, but architected for peak efficiency.
• Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure absolute logic clarity and traceability.
• Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation to ensure alignment between business intent and technical output.
• Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps, evolving from tactical delivery to high-level AI and automation strategy.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP, and Process Mining, to move clients toward autonomous, agentic ecosystems.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a dedicated focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (e.g., UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.
• Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, with the ability to design workflows that incorporate LLMs
