• Demonstrated ability in strategic analysis, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience delivering process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, including development of LBCs and BRDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused business analysis and automation enablement.
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities through process analysis.
• Act as the liaison between PaC business units and IT PMO.
• Drive stakeholder relationship management and ensure clear decision-making.
• Develop high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Guide decision-making on trade-offs for automation solutions.
