Roboyo is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager to guide design, governance, and delivery of scalable automation across global engagements. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and advise clients on automation strategy.

You will own solution architecture, drive delivery excellence, and shape long-term technology roadmaps while collaborating with regional and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Intelligent Automation/RPA with UiPath.
• Experience owning solution architecture for complex automation.
• Strong API, SQL, Git, and software engineering practices.
• Experience leading distributed automation teams.
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and architecture for scalable automation.
• Lead global delivery and client advisory.
• Mentor automation engineers and manage delivery KPIs.
• Define standards and review CI/CD practices.
• Drive proposals and pre-sales support.
