Job summary

Roboyo is seeking a seasoned automation/BA/consulting professional to drive requirements, design processes, and govern transformative automation programs. You will shape backlogs, facilitate customer workshops, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions across global projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automation or consulting, fluency with UiPath or Blue Prism, and strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in automation, Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
Migration fluency: UiPath and/or Blue Prism required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

SDLC & Backlog Management: plan, estimate, and execute BA activities.
Define information architecture to ensure traceability and testability from ideation to UAT.
Facilitate workshops/interviews to elicit requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
Manage deviations from legacy logic; document, approve, and communicate changes.
Client consulting and engagement across projects.
