Qualifications

• 2 years of experience executing and managing testing processes in a risk and control environment.
• Demonstrated ability to assess control environments, identify gaps, and support remediation to mitigate risk.
• Strong analytical skills, including organizing and evaluating information to identify key insights and underlying issues.
• Experience proposing and implementing improvements to testing methods or testing processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate testing outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing activities accurately and on time, following defined procedures and documentation standards
• Assess the control environment by evaluating control design, implementation, and operating effectiveness
• Analyze information systematically to identify key issues, trends, and root causes impacting control performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align testing scope, expectations, and communications
• Recommend and implement improvements to testing methods to increase efficiency and consistency
