Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead to plan and execute testing aligned to key risks. You will assess control design, identify coverage gaps, and drive remediation while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of the testing framework.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience executing and managing testing processes within a risk and control environment or a comparable professional setting.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to organize and evaluate information to identify key issues and underlying drivers.
• Experience assessing control environments, identifying control coverage gaps, and verifying control design and implementation.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams, adapt to changing priorities, and plan and organize work independently; experience leading others as needed.
• Proficiency using project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, track, and deliver testing work across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing execution, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time, and aligned to key risk priorities
• Assess control coverage by evaluating control design, implementation, and operating effectiveness, and identifying gaps
• Solve complex issues by interpreting policies and standards, evaluating alternatives, and recommending practical actions
• Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional partners and maintain clear, timely communication of progress and outcomes
• Improve testing approaches by enhancing control evaluation methods and using control ratings and metrics to strengthen reporting and insights
