Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead to navigate complex risk environments by strengthening control testing and governance. You will lead testing execution, partner across teams, and improve how risks and control gaps are identified and addressed.

You will coordinate across stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of the testing framework, delivering actionable results and maintaining strong governance across the risk

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience executing and managing testing processes in risk/control settings.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and root causes.
• Experience assessing control environments and identifying gaps.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with project management methods to drive testing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing execution, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time, and aligned to key risk priorities.
• Assess control coverage by evaluating design, implementation, and operating effectiveness, and identifying gaps.
• Solve complex issues by interpreting policies and standards, evaluating alternatives, and recommending actions.
• Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional partners and maintain clear, timely communication of progress and outcomes.
• Improve testing approaches by enhancing evaluation methods and using control ratings and metrics to strengthen reporting.
