Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to optimize operational processes through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will leverage Excel and Power BI, with SQL basics, to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making.

You will also train team members and help implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional efforts, handles datasets from US stakeholders, and supports data extraction and reporting across ecommerce

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, business operations, ecommerce, or related analytics.
• Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
• 1–2 years hands-on Power BI reporting experience, with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and setup of new stores across digital platforms and storefronts.
• Manage online menus, seasonal assortments, pricing, promotions, and launches.
• Coordinate store hours and menu configurations for accurate customer info.
• Execute end-to-end operational requests and initiatives.
• Validate datasets from US stakeholders and internal systems.
• Identify impacted business groups and coordinate required activities.
• Communicate throughout the lifecycle of requests from intake to completion.
• Analyze sales and operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide Excel/Power BI driven insights to stakeholders.
• Investigate catalog/pricing discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Modify SQL queries in GCP and internal systems.
• Support data extraction, aggregation, and analysis activities.
• Identify process gaps and propose workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
