Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Engineer in the Philippines to design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases for revenue analytics and to develop automated ETL processes ensuring data accuracy and timely refreshes.

You will build and manage Power BI dashboards, write efficient SQL queries, and leverage Python or R for automation and analytics tasks. Experience with healthcare revenue data and cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in database management, analytics development, or data-focused roles.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, automation scripting, and Power BI required.
• Experience working with healthcare financial or revenue data required.
• Exposure to cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
• Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages preferred.
• Knowledge of data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases supporting revenue analytics and reporting.
• Develop automated ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and timely refreshes.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and analytics applications for monitoring revenue performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures; leverage Python or R for automation and analytics tasks.
• Support integrations between financial systems, operational platforms, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on cloud migration and analytics platform initiatives.
• Monitor data pipelines for integrity, efficiency, and opportunities to automate or enhance processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and organizational policies.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to analytics tools and processes.
