Philippines Fiber Optic Cable Network Ltd., Inc. (PFOCN) is seeking an experienced Finance Accountant in Metro Manila to manage revenue accounting, billing, AR, and revenue recognition.

You will collaborate with billing, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate monthly closings, prepare management reports, forecast revenue, and coordinate external audits. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems is required, with attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, especially AR or revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
• Experience in audit coordination and compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (ERP a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-department coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage company revenue accounting including billing statements and invoices.
• Prepare AR schedules and forecast maintenance and rental income.
• Coordinate with departments on POs and collections to ensure revenue recognition.
• Review revenue, cost, and expense journal entries and monthly closings.
• Prepare and review management reports and tracking schedules.
• Coordinate external audits; provide schedules and explain accounting treatments.
• Review and post audit adjustments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business, legal, and risk management on compliance.
• Perform other finance tasks as assigned.
