Job summary

Dimak Solutions Corp is seeking a seasoned Head of Accounting to oversee daily finance operations, ensure precise recording and reconciliation, and lead AR, billing, invoicing, and collections. You will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with Philippine standards and BIR requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and the drive to improve controls and processes across the accounting function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, AR, and general accounting.
• Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards and BIR compliance.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Ensure accurate recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable, Billing / Invoicing and Collection.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and government reports.
• Monitor compliance with BIR and other government requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop receivable, billing and collection personnel.
• Review existing accounting processes and recommend improvements.
