The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and tax knowledge within the Philippine standards, with prior team leadership and experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience leading accounting teams with mentoring and workload prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting function and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
• Prepare and review financial statements; manage general ledger activities.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes and support audits.
• Provide data-driven insights; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flows and review reconciliations; implement best practices.
