Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Management Consulting Manager to lead large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs with broad SCM expertise. This senior, client-facing role requires deep SAP knowledge across the full supply chain and proven consulting experience.

You will guide multi-workstream delivery, engage executive stakeholders, shape transformation strategy, and build high-performing teams, with healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-14 years of combined healthcare industry and consulting experience.
• Experience shaping transformation strategy and creating reusable assets and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream delivery and engage executive stakeholders.
• Healthcare supply chains knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong advisory and communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SCM transformation programs and multi-workstream governance.
• Lead executive workshops and steering committee presentations, translating complex SAP SCM capabilities into clear narratives for business audiences.
• Drive vendor selection, RFP evaluation, frameworks, assessments and recommendation papers.
• Proactively identify client pain points and shape pragmatic roadmaps across the supply chain.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to generate trust and expand program scope.
