Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager to help global clients transform their supply chains. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape SAP S/4HANA EWM strategies, and deliver value across industries in Manila.

In this role you will manage complex programs, drive blueprint workshops, optimize warehouse operations, and mentor technical consultants. The position requires 13–16 years of experience in supply chain consulting and a talent for leading diverse, high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred for leadership and strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA/EWM solution design and blueprinting workshops.
• Advise on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality and roadmaps to optimize processes.
• Demonstrate differentiating factors of S4-EWM to clients and stakeholders.
• Drive business blueprint workshops for the EWM module.
• Streamline inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations within EWM.
• Oversee knowledge discovery related to EWM data and processes.
• Lead technical consultants through configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Share best practices to improve client outcomes and project delivery.
• Support leadership on new business opportunities and solutioning.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
