Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead CFO & Enterprise Value initiatives in Manila. You will drive ERP integration across SAP, Oracle, and Workday, oversee finance-module delivery from design to implementation, and partner with clients through workshops and reviews.

Ideal candidates have CPA/MBA with 8+ years’ experience in end-to-end finance processes and deep ERP knowledge, including SAP ECC/S4HANA and Oracle Financials, to deliver transformational finance programs.

Qualifications

Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, Oracle Financials/Fusion/EBS and Workday Finance.
Knowledge of SAP and allied systems reporting and customization capabilities.
Experience in SAP/ERP system integration projects across ECC and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

Lead system integration projects across SAP, Oracle, Workday and other ERP solutions.
Head project delivery for Finance modules, including blueprinting, design and proof-of-concept.
Engage with clients, conduct workshops and present to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in ERP methodologies, tools and practices.
Oversee solution design and implementation within time and budget constraints.
