Job summary

PUMA Sports Philippines Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a customer-focused store leader to drive sales, service standards and profitability. You will manage daily operations, oversee training, and ensure loss prevention and inventory processes are executed to meet store goals.

You will lead a team, maintain visual presentation, and collaborate with Store Manager on marketing events and store openings, with flexibility for non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.
• Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Cornerstones and service standards.
• Responsible for attending, participating in and demonstrating proficiency in all training programs, both Domestic and Global, and achieving required results within Store.
• Analyze customer profiles, identify buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.
• Maintain visual presentation of the Store to meet PUMA standards.
