Job summary

PUMA Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and profitability, and uphold PUMA’s customer experience standards across the Philippine market.

The role requires recruiting, training and developing Associates, controlling payroll and scheduling, managing inventory and loss prevention, coordinating marketing events, and ensuring visual standards and safety at all times. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop and retain top talent and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and promote a sales culture to meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Recruit, train, develop and succession of high performing Associates.
• Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling.
• Ensure training programs (Domestic and Global) are implemented and effective.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and Loss Prevention compliance.
• Coordinate marketing opportunities and events within budget.
• Maintain store visual presentation and overall store condition.
• Ensure safe and compliant working environment.
