Our Clients is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager – Retail to lead development and execution of merchandising strategies in Makati. This on-site role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in merchandising and 2 years in management, plus strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid merchandising experience in the retail industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading merchandising teams.
• Strong background in merchandise planning, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and category growth.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, inventory allocation, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and market insights to optimize product mix.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or markdown strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to achieve business goals.
• Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
