Our partner client in the fashion Retail and Distribution industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Merchandising Manager to lead and execute merchandising initiatives that support business growth and elevate the overall retail experience across multiple store locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, and store execution, with the ability to analyze sales performance and market trends to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Planning & Strategy

• Develop and execute merchandising plans aligned with business objectives and current market trends.
• Analyze sales performance, customer buying behavior, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast inventory and sales requirements to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Recommend product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximize sales performance.

Inventory & Product Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking and stock shortages.
• Review inventory movement and implement necessary adjustments based on sales trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and efficient product distribution.

Store Merchandising Execution

• Ensure product displays and visual presentation standards are consistently implemented across stores.
• Conduct regular monitoring of store inventory and merchandising performance.
• Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies and promotions.

Sales & Business Performance

• Partner with sales and operations teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Review sales data and identify opportunities for operational and merchandising improvements.
• Implement initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive sell-through performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 58 years of solid experience in merchandising, retail operations, or related functions.
• Proven track record of stable employment and strong retail merchandising experience.
• Background handling multiple stores nationwide is highly preferred.
• Experience working with SM consignment and major department stores is an advantage.
• Exposure to watches, fashion, accessories, or global retail brands is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Creative eye for visual merchandising and awareness of current retail trends.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• No buying or purchasing responsibilities required for this role.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Binondo, Manila City.
• Can start immediately.
