The role requires hands-on supervision, strong merchandising knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems to sustain high operating standards and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management.
• At least 3 years of merchandising experience in retail.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily merchandising activities to support sales and inventory objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and merchandising execution.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Buying, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product flow.
• Lead, coach, and support merchandising staff in achieving team goals.
• Ensure merchandising standards and product presentation are consistently maintained.
• Prepare merchandising reports and performance updates.
