Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager for the Beauty category to lead the assortment strategy and drive commercial performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in merchandising, category management, or merchandise planning.
At least 2 years of managerial experience.
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, or related retail categories.
Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory, pricing, and lifecycle management.
Proficient in Excel and ERP or merchandising systems.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute merchandising strategies for the Beauty category.
Lead assortment planning across skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, and personal care.
Analyze sales, margins, stock levels, and SKU productivity.
Identify opportunities for new products, brands, and SKUs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Manage product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out.
Forecast sales and inventory based on performance and seasonality.
Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Monitor inventory availability and aging; advise replenishment and markdowns.
Support new product launches with appropriate assortment and inventory.
Review promotional performance and drive profitability.
Prepare category performance reports and business reviews.
Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team.
