• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in real estate research, market analysis, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness are essential.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research on commercial real estate markets (office, retail, industrial).
• Analyze market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop forecasts and models.
• Provide client advisory support with evidence-based recommendations.
• Prepare market reports, studies, and executive summaries; deliver presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with business units to support proposals, pitches, and due diligence.
• Manage multiple research projects with timely, accurate outputs and guide junior analysts.
