Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience; experience in market research or consultancy preferred.
• Willing to travel; proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements (market, feasibility, highest and best use).
• Spearhead research efforts and manage surveys, interviews, and field work as needed.
• Analyze data to generate market insights, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies for clients.
• Model project financials for residential, office, and other sectors.
• Fulfill duties assigned by supervisor and maintain confidentiality.
