The role requires leadership experience, strong Philippine retail insights, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end advisory projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in real estate, consulting, brand expansion, marketing, research or mall/property development.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong grasp of Philippine retail dynamics, consumer trends, and tenant/landlord economics.
• Skilled in market profiling, trade area analysis, and feasibility modeling.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development: identify and prioritize advisory prospects and lead proposals.
• Client engagement: act as trusted advisor to expansion/development heads and manage relationships.
• Deliverables management: own end-to-end delivery of advisory work, scope, timelines and quality.
• Internal coordination: collaborate with Research, Retail Leasing, Landlord Representation, Capital Markets.
• Team leadership: coach and develop analysts; set standards for rigor and storytelling.
