Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service or sales capacity.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services to assigned client territory and pursue up-sell opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain product knowledge and understand services to assess client needs.
• Handle objections, retain customers, and drive renewals.
• Manage high volume of outbound communications via phone and email.
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate with team to ensure professional customer experience.
• Engage in lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renew contracts.
