Job summary

Concentrix is seeking aSr. Sales Renewals Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, build relationships with customers, present renewal proposals, and negotiate terms to secure signed agreements.

This role contributes to customer retention and recurring revenue growth, engaging at-risk customers with retention strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. A strong focus on maintaining CRM records and driving renewal outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of combined B2B experience in retention, renewals, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio from outreach to deal closure.
• Deliver timely, personalized communications including renewal notices and pricing proposals.
• Negotiate renewal pricing and contract terms to maximize retention and recurring revenue.
• Execute retention strategies for at-risk customers using established save processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collect signed order forms for billing/contract processing.
• Identify expansion opportunities (CSQLs) during customer conversations for follow-up.
• Manage a healthy renewal pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
