Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Senior Corporate Trainer to join the HR function on a contractual basis. This role requires extensive experience in both in-person and online learning delivery to elevate workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and consistent HR standards across Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver training that drives measurable behavioral change in virtual environments, lead end-to-end programs, and coach managers across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate training, HR development, or Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the region.
• Deliver high‑impact online training using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or equivalent.
• Provide coaching and advisory support to people managers on performance, communication, and team development.
• Partner with HR to establish a regional Learning & Development framework that supports long‑term growth.
• Ensure all training content adheres to HR governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness, including post-training assessments and KPI outcomes.
