Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for an Australian client in mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance. This role suits a confident, proactive recruiter who excels in fast-paced environments and can conduct high-volume candidate outreach and cold calling.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate; handle bulk emails and LinkedIn outreach; and work onsite in Arcovia, Pasig City from Monday to Friday 7:00

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in engineering/mining/construction.
• Excellent communication skills with strong phone confidence and high-volume sourcing experience.
• Australian recruitment experience preferred; international exposure considered.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Pasig City (Mon-Fri 7:00–16:00).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, endorsements, and interview coordination.
• Recruit for technical roles across mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance (Project Engineers, Maintenance Planners, Supervisors).
• Conduct high-volume sourcing and cold calling (about 70–80 calls/day).
• Perform targeted talent searches using Boolean techniques, databases, and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Manage bulk email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and candidate follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, initial interviews, suitability assessments, client endorsements, and interview coordination.
• Recruit for technical roles across mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance, including Project Engineers, Maintenance Planners, and Maintenance Supervisors.
• Conduct high-volume sourcing and cold calling, targeting approximately 70-80 calls per day.
• Perform targeted talent searches using Boolean techniques, recruitment databases, and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Manage bulk email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, candidate engagement, and follow-ups.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, maintenance, mining, or construction.

• Excellent communication skills, strong phone confidence, and an engaging personality, with proven experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling.
• Australian recruitment experience is preferred; Other international recruitment exposure will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean searches, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate database management.
• JobAdder experience is highly desirable; LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search exposure is advantageous.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
