Job summary

Grab is seeking a Lead for Driver Acquisition in the Philippines, leading end‑to‑end driver acquisition, onboarding, and activation efforts. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, monitor funnel performance, and drive data‑driven improvements across multiple teams to achieve targets.

The role requires a marketing background, strong lead generation experience, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced environment with ambiguity. Prior knowledge of the transport industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Strong background in lead generation and multi‑funnel acquisition.
• Experience with rider acquisition is a plus.
• Knowledge of transport/automotive industry preferred; driving is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end driver acquisition activities (strategy, lead generation, planning, execution, activation).
• Build driver onboarding lifecycle from pre‑onboarding to activation.
• Lead strategic discussions with internal/external partners.
• Ensure clear driver acquisition journey and training methods.
• Conduct results analysis and process improvements; report trends to senior management.
• Advise department heads on new processes and provide updates on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, local marketing and engagement teams for wins.
• Monitor funnel performance with analytics team; manage KPI dashboards.
