Job summary

PSG Global Solutions in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Recruiter for a 2-month project-based contract. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating with hiring managers and delivering a standout candidate experience.

The role offers a fixed night shift, weekends off, and a competitive salary package, plus a 15K completion bonus upon successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of BPO/call center experience (1 year for Senior High School graduates or college undergraduates).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work 3 times per week at PSG workspaces (EXXA, SM North EDSA, Makati, or Alabang).
• Must be willing to work under a 2-month project-based contract.
