Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Support Associate for a 3-month project in the Philippines. The role starts onsite day one and moves to remote work thereafter, with a Php 15,000 project completion bonus included.

You will handle calls regarding housing, travel, payroll, and assignment-related concerns, and you will create, manage, and resolve cases with proper documentation. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months CSR experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and assignment-related concerns
• Create, manage, and resolve cases with documentation, notes, and dispositions
• Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with Payroll Team for approvals and escalation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes and service standards

What You'll Do

• As a Recruiting Support Associate, you will:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and other assignment-related concerns
• Create, manage, and resolve cases while ensuring accurate documentation, case notes, and dispositions
• Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals, escalations, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards
• Adapt to evolving operational requirements while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
