IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled recruiter to source and place qualified healthcare professionals for US clients. You'll manage the full candidate lifecycle, from outreach through negotiation of offers.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, leverage ATS, stay updated on US healthcare requirements, and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably healthcare.
• Knowledge of US healthcare sector and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with client-focused solutions.
• Experience recruiting for international placements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals via multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews.
• Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Present qualified candidates with profiles and recommendations to US clients.
• Negotiate offers between candidates and clients.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop relationships with candidates and clients for future needs.
• Stay informed about US healthcare sector developments.
• Collaborate with team to share insights and support on placements.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
