Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in headhunting.
• Proven ability to fill senior-level positions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in recruitment software and social media.
