IMS People Possible is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our APAC & UK recruitment team in Quezon City, Philippines. Youll lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles, partnering with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in APAC/UK markets.
• Strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience with ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
