RPMMC Sales Hub is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Metro Cebu. The role focuses on coaching the sales team, setting and achieving revenue targets, and refining prospecting and closing techniques.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, coordinate with marketing for promotions, and maintain strong client relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, including leading a team and driving performance.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and adjust plans based on data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Metro Cebu and engage with clients in person.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property development is advantageous.
