CS Outsource is seeking a Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support our transactions across government and private bank portfolios. The role focuses on smooth closings, precise data handling, and timely reporting across multiple portfolios.

You will liaise with internal teams, agents and lenders, coordinate data entry, and compile monthly performance reports. This fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate closings, transaction coordination, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate closings for government and private bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure timely closings.
• Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Collect, verify and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with closing requirements.
• Maintain organized records and up-to-date files.
