CS Outsource is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support transactions across government and private bank portfolios. You will ensure smooth closing processes, accurate data management, and timely reporting for a growing portfolio.

The role requires coordinating with lenders, agents, and internal teams, while maintaining meticulous records and delivering high-quality monthly reports. This position offers full-time hours aligned with US business schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate real estate closings for government and private bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Collect, verify, and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all files are up to date.
