Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and related controls.
• Ability to oversee daily activities, delegate tasks, review work, and train staff as needed.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end R2R support, including review and approval of transactions and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure all transactions and reports comply with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Identify and address issues; implement corrective actions and maintain logs.
• Contribute to leadership team for R2R Tower strategy and development.
• Perform internal control reviews and document per iPace requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for audit-related requests.
• Maintain and update SOPs to reflect changes.
