Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services Center/BPO.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in A2R operations, including review and approval of transactions and reports.
• Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to ensure timely completion with quality results.
• Ensure transactions and reports align with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies; document and monitor issues.
• Perform internal controls reviews and update SOPs according to changes in processes.
