Job summary

Michael Page in the Philippines is recruiting a Record to Report Manager to lead high-impact R2R operations for a global FMCG client. You will drive automation, develop teams, ensure timely and accurate accounting, and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of core accounting operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders, auditors, and service partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Support business continuity and risk management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Record to Report Manager should have:

• Strong R2R or end to end finance experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop big teams.
• Handled R2R operations for other regions, ideally North America.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
