Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced R2R professional in the Philippines to support complex transactions, lead process improvements, and ensure GAAP compliance. The role requires 6–8 years in Record to Report, SAP knowledge, and strong English communication.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the R2R Tower strategy and controls. Responsibilities include reviewing transactions, implementing action plans, updating SOPs, and serving as audit contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Month-end closing, Reconciliation, Reports & Consolidation, and Lease accounting.
• Exposure to transitions/projects for process improvement.
• Proven crisis management, process improvements, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• 6–8 years in Record to Report.
• Knowledge in SAP and SSC/BPO.
• Experience in process migration is a plus.
• Effective written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in R2R operations including review & approval of transactions and reports.
• Identify process improvements and ensure projects are completed on time with quality.
• Ensure GAAP and Global Accounting Policies compliance.
• Identify, rectify, follow up and resolve issues; define and implement action plans.
• Contribute to leadership in the R2R Tower and its goals.
• Perform internal controls review and documentation per iPace requirements.
• Audit point of contact for requirements and queries.
• Update SOPs based on process changes.
