Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year degree in accounting or business.
• 0
• 5+ years experience in accounts receivable, finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Record to Report processes.
• Experience leading change initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, including remote team management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Broad knowledge of accounting, credit management.
• Ability to influence internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end General Accounting, sub-ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Ensure integrity of Balance Sheet and P&L across multiple entities.
• Provide compliant record-to-report services including statutory reporting.
• Account for cost of sales and product pricing.
• Inventory costing and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze cost statements, price variance, usage variance, and stakeholder reports.
• Manage execution of R2R processes and drive efficiency.
• Support finance transformation and shared services setup.
• Design, develop, and deliver R2R strategy and performance outcomes.
• Lead process design changes with stakeholders and ICT.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Team Lead.
• Close processes, GL reconciliations, journal entries, COA master data, accruals and provisions, statutory reporting.
