Job summary

Relx Plc in Manila is seeking an Accounting Analyst III to lead end-to-end record-to-report processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and strict policy compliance. You will partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, own multiple books, and uphold strong controls across the month-end close.

You will work with Balance Sheet reconciliations, intercompany activities, FCCS, and general ledger postings in Fusion, preparing management reports and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in record-to-report or billing in a BPO environment.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in major ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP/ PeopleSoft).
• Good English communication skills and ability to learn AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Performs R2R functions related to Balance Sheet Reconciliation, FCCS, Intercompany and month-end activities and reporting.
• Ensure all entries are posted to general ledger in Fusion in an accurate and timely manner and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books.
• Assist in the preparation of various audit requirements.
• Liaise with Business Units, Business Controllers, Business partners, Operations as first point of contact.
• Ownership of the daily queries relating to transactional Intercompany activity and analysis.
