Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Record-to-Report or General Accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills; able to analyze data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and monitor the close process.
• Review and analyze unit- and company-level trial balances; ensure accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Settle intercompany transactions; perform balance confirmations and mismatch analysis.
• Record depreciation and asset dispositions; handle fixed asset accounting.
• Support external reporting and audit efforts; assist with month-end reporting.
