Qualifications

• Master’s in Organic Chemistry and 4–6 years in R&D within fine chemicals.
• Experience with multi-step organic synthesis and route scouting.
• Proficient in data management and maintaining safety standards in the lab.

Responsibilities

• Research and optimize multi-step organic syntheses with aromatics, aliphatics, and heterocycles.
• Scale-up reactions from gram to pilot/production via careful planning and solvent selection.
• Operate and interpret analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, GC‑MS) and manage data records.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process development and cost reduction.
