Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience in Organic Synthesis or related fields.
• Experience with semiconductor chemicals, electronic chemicals, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop non-infringing synthetic routes for semiconductor chemicals and advanced intermediates.
• Evaluate patent landscape, cost, yield, quality and environmental impact of routes.
• Support new product development through chemistry and process optimization.
• Conduct literature searches (SciFinder, Reaxys) and analyze published research and patents.
• Prepare technical reports and assist in technology transfer and scale-up.
