Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is seeking a Senior Research Scientist- CDMO Agro to drive molecule development and process optimization at its Greater Noida campus. You will lead synthesis projects, perform route scouting, scale-up from gram to plant scale, and prepare technical documentation for manufacturing transfer.

The role demands 10–12 years of industrial experience in organic chemistry with hands-on expertise in diketene chemistry and GLP practices.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in organic chemistry required with 10–12 years industrial experience.
• Hands-on experience in process development, synthesis and lab scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of diketene chemistry and industrial feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pharma and Agro intermediate molecules and related processes.
• Conduct route scouting, literature searches, and gram-scale pilot work.
• Prepare tech packages and assist plant scale-up and commercialization.
• Demonstrate expertise in impurity characterization and data interpretation.
